Statement on the Policy for Prohibition of Forced labor


我(wǒ)公司嚴格遵守國家各項法律法規,嚴格執行以《中(zhōng)華人民共和國勞動法》爲核心的法律體(tǐ)系來保障本企業員(yuán)工(gōng)的合法權益,反對任何形式的強迫勞動。按照LBMA 黃金白(bái)銀供應鏈的管理要求,應禁止采購有強迫勞動行爲在内的所有礦産,确保供應鏈符合OECD指南(nán)的要求。

In addition to complying with various national laws and regulations,our company strictly implements a legal system centered on  the “Labor law of the People's Republic of Chinato protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, against any form of forced labor.According to the management requirements of the Due Diligence Policy for Gold/Silver Responsible Supply Chain, the procurement of all minerals including forced labour should be prohibited to ensure that the supply chain meets the requirements of the OECD guidelines.

我(wǒ)公司已按照《LBMA負責任黃金指南(nán)第9版》和《LBMA負責任白(bái)銀指南(nán)第2版》的要求,公司以及各供應商(shāng)已遵守注冊地及經營所在國家/地區的所有适用的關于勞動者保護的法律、法規、行業要求,國際勞工(gōng)組織和聯合國公約及其他法規,所采購物(wù)料均爲合法取得且不涉及強迫勞動,特别承諾不涉及以下(xià)情況:

According to the requirements of the 9th Edition of LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance and the Version 2 of LBMA Responsible Silver Guidance,

our company and all suppliers strictly comply with the laws and regulations,industrial requirements of the country/area where registered office or business operated in,conventions and regulations of International Labour Organization and United Nations. All materials supplied to our company are legally obtained without forced labor involved.We promise specially that we wouldn't get involved in the following circumstances:

1、強迫性勞動:在懲罰的威脅下(xià)所榨取的非志(zhì)願性的工(gōng)作或服務。

1. Forced labor:involuntary work or services under the threat of punishment.

2、暴力:是指用人單位直接以身體(tǐ)強制的手段強迫勞動者爲用人單位服務。

2. Violence: refers to the direct use of physical coercion by employers to force workers to serve their employers.

3、威脅:是指用人單位以将要實行暴力或反對勞動者的其它損害爲強迫勞動的手段。

3. Threat: refers to the means by which an employer uses violence or other harm against workers as a means of forced labor.

4、非法限制人身自由:是指采用拘留、禁閉或其它強制方法非法剝奪或限制他人按照自己的意志(zhì)支配自己的身體(tǐ)活動的自由的行爲。

4. Illegal restriction of personal freedom: refers to the act of illegally depriving or restricting the freedom of others to contro their physical activities according to their own will through detention,confinement,or other coercive methods.

5、嚴格遵守各國家相關法律法規,以及國際勞工(gōng)組織與聯合國公約其它相關強制規定.

5. Strictly abide by relevant national laws and regulations,as well as other relevant mandatory provisions of the International Labor Organization and the United Nations conventions.


我(wǒ)公司嚴格按照《供應鏈盡職調查政策)進行内部審查以及對各供應商(shāng)開(kāi)展盡職調查,我(wǒ)公司及供應商(shāng)均不存在強迫勞動的行爲。有關強迫勞動的申訴或抱怨可通過以下(xià)渠道反映:

Our company strictly in accordance with the“Due Diligence Policy of Supply chain for internal review and due diligence on the suppliers, our company and suppliers have no forced labor practices.
